We’re excited to move into the new year and finish this first quarter in strong, Altair fashion. Our leadership and business development teams recently met in person for the first time in more than two years, and the energy and excitement from this group of team members was palpable. As we strategized what this year would look like, it was a wonderful feeling to truly sense that we are moving onward and upward. And, we are already accomplishing great things in 2022.

Sometimes when writing policies, I wonder how extensively to consider the ‘what if’ scenarios captured in evacuation guidelines. With the effects of climate change, the severity of natural disasters continues to elevate and what might have been a brief displacement from a location or region, now can be prolonged devastation. Targeted terrorist events again showcase the need to pivot quickly to support a workforce – likely a rather small and geographically contained population.
Altair Global Joins Worldwide ERC®’s Upward Mobility Internship Program
Altair Global is excited to be one of the first 25 companies to partake in this first-year pilot. Through Worldwide ERC, Altair will be sponsoring a diverse intern (defined as someone who identifies as Black or African American, Hispanic or Latinx, Asian, Native American or Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander) for the summer of 2022 with the goal of creating better equality and opportunities for students of color to level the playing field and positively impact ongoing career success.
